Actually, we know the answer to that from the earlier flashback in chapters 42-44. Taebin actually was almost killed, but Dawn attacked Mooyoung from behind in the last minute and Taebin teleported to safety. Dawn was killed in his place.
Actually, I'm pretty sure Taebin tried to teleport to safety, but Mooyoung caught up to him with Time Pause and maybe Levitation (since he just killed Dawn). Either way, I'm pretty sure that the last we saw in the flashback you speak of was Taebin being held by the neck by Mooyoung. However, please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
Either way, I still think it's uncertain to call whether he gets his ability (I haven't looked ahead yet) before Mooyoung's rampage. For the PVP going on in the present, I think that X said that the sole survivor gets the dice. If the same rules were used for Taebin and Mooyoung's PVP round, then Mooyoung must have not gotten the dice since Taebin isn't dead...? I feel like I'm lost because I'm forgetting some detail..

We know for sure that Taebin already had his skill when Mooyoung strangled Oh-Hyung and crushed Gibaek's spinal cord from behind. He necklifted Taebin when he tried to run away (strangely, he didn't try to teleport from the beginning, maybe because he wasn't used to), but Dawn, who had flown to safety, swooped down from behind and distracted Mooyoung. She told Taebin to run and he reluctantly did it, but Dawn failed to escape and was killed by Mooyoung.
I have cleaned the raws so I know a little more, but will stop for now.
It's about to hit the fan here. I've already peeked ahead at the raws which are now up to 75. I can't say more because I really don't know as my Korean is a bit rusty (non-existent). Anyway, even with clairvoyance there is still one more A-Rank ability that we don't know. Any guesses?
Noooooo, such a cliffhanger, it's going to torment me till I get to read more! But I wonder what more clairvoyance can do, it seem to be a rather vague skill to define other than that it provides information. Thanks for having translated the chapter and uploaded it!
Clairvoyance probably look like the least useful skill in battle mode. But it's an excellent supporting skill if paired with a partner. Now that you can own more than 1 skill, just imagine having any other skill + Clairvoyance. It will be a killer with the mental intelligence.
The one thing that really captured my interest was the upgraded Clairvoyance. What's up with the whole galaxy/sand thing? Do the stars symbolize hope or goodness or something? Maybe a person's psyche? Anyways, Dice has surpassed all my expectations and aside from a couple of characters and a hiccup here and there, it's shaping up to be one of my favourite comics. Keep up the good work and thanks, Splicer, Jin Kim, and Kfmnpah
