DICE Ch. 95

al;dkfajdslkfasasd;lj  No backlog! All thanks to the lovely Choo Choo Cat who translated this chapter. I've been drinking a bit more caffeine lately, and because I haven't had much exposure to it, I gotta say- thing's darn effective. It has nothing to do with Dice, but meh. And of course, Splicer and Fabio did some complicated wizardry I'll probably never be able to pull off in order to make this chapter! Enjoy~

  3. The best part of this chapter has to be seeing Hyunjo, formerly a feared bully who enslaved Dongtae and abjectly humiliated him every day, reduced to little more than a powerless plaything that Dongtae can just toss into the air as he pleases.

  4. Dongtae is really stupid indeed, not wanting to hurt people, and the way he disposed the bombs. He's already in severe disadvantaged.

I wonder why Dongtae has so little dice points? Did he not collect much dice lately.
Looks like Mio & Eunju have to save him soon.

    1. Dongtae doesn't have many Dice, indeed. Not only did X stop issuing quests to A-Rankers when the PVP stage started, because Dongtae had already satisfied most of his desires, even before the PVP stage he was already receiving very few quests. The last verified time he got Dice was when he defeated Gilma's Guild back in chapters 52-56. And those were all the ones he had, because Gilma only decided to attack him because he knew Dongtae couldn't activate Time Pause.

In story time, it's not been that long since he defeated the Guild, in fact: chapters 49-65 happened in the weekend of Eunju's choir competition, the whole 1/16 and Joker arcs happened in the following Monday, and the war is taking place on Tuesday. In other words, the past 50 chapters cover a period of exactly four days. XD

Still better than ToG, the past 50 chapters of which probably cover half an hour. :-)

    3. No, that's how a DICE addict sounds like, and I might be the biggest one out there XD

I don't mean to brag, but I know most of this series by heart, with the exception of a few chapters I don't like much. It's by far my favourite webtoon, deceptively simple but quite sophisticated in its discussion of morality and choice.
